20 years from now...

As I was getting lunch ready today, I was talking to the little girl I baby-sit and asking her how her day was at school. Well, as we got talking we got into more 'serious' stuff. Such as, what she wanted to be when she grew up, how many kids she wanted and so on and so on. (she brought it up)As she was telling me how many kids she wanted, she told me that she wanted me to be her kids' baby-sitter, because I'm 'such a silly silly, and a good cook, and the nicest baby-sitter in the whole world and I love you'. I about died laughing. I quickly told her thanks, but that I was going to be very old by the time I baby-sat her kids and that I'd have a very hard time of chasing them around with a cane if I was an old granny. Naturally, that made HER laugh at me and she of course she kept insisting that I'm the only baby-sitter that her kids will ever have whether I'm and old lady or not.

So, I guess in 20 years I for sure have a job if she gets married and has kids! lol. Anyways, just thought that was cute.

That is FUNNY. At least you have something to fall back onto ;) The visual was funny thinking about a granny chasing after kids. I'm sure you won't have gray hair in 20 years though ;)
