I had the whole day off today, but ended up baby-sitting my niece, and two nephews(Abby, James and Timothy), which was an adventure! ;) I got a lot done with them. I weeded the garden with lil' Timothy and with my younger brother Jonathan, and then we cleaned my car. Here are some cutie pictures of the kids.

Looks like you had a nice time with the kiddos :) I actually tried the soup also, mine wasn't thick at all, maybe different Chilis make it different. It was YUMMY! BTW: LOVE your new profile picture ;)

Thats strange..Wonder why it wasn't thick. Mine turned out massively thick. Ick. =P Lemme know if you try out any other enchilada soup recipes!!
